Nagman has developed workstations / calibration test benches – primary and secondary reference calibration test benches, temperature calibration test benches, calibration test benches for electrical and electronic devices, multifunctional/multiparameter calibration test benches and automated workstations. The calibration systems are comparable to well-known international brands in design, performance and accuracy.
Nagman provides high accuracy primary/secondary pressure standards, precision signal and multifunction calibrators, pressure calibrators, pressure gauges, humidity calibration chambers, IR pyrometers (online and portable), thermal imaging cameras and scanners, single and three-phase digital power analysers, PID controllers with automatic adjustment and various test and measurement instruments, including explosion-proof and fire-proof, as well as test benches for control and safety valves, etc.
Some models of temperature calibrators are manufactured according to “CE” standards, several models of temperature and pressure calibrators are DNV certified. Nagman is a member of IMPA.
“Nagman Calibration Centre” (Chennai and Mumbai) offers NABL (equivalent to UKAS) accredited laboratory and on-site calibration services in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standards covering thermal, electrical, dimensional, mechanical and fluid flow parameters. Nagman has qualified and overseas trained engineering staff offering application development and after sales support to customers.
Nagman has recently launched different models of flow meters viz. electromagnetic, Coriolis, vortex, volumetric, ultrasonic etc. along with level sensors, waveguide radar (cone/rod) and ultrasonic types. Few other innovative products are mobile calibration laboratory, engineering and vocational training systems, height adjustable calibration test benches covering temperature, pressure and multi-functional calibration parameters.
Nagman products are used in power plants (thermal, hydro and nuclear); oil, gas, oil refining industries; chemical and pharmaceutical, cement, metallurgical industries; heavy engineering; shipbuilding and aviation industries. Nagman’s products are exported to 85 countries around the world. In 2009, Nagman Instruments Calibration Solutions Pte Ltd. was established in Singapore to serve as a regional marketing centre. Nagman in its endeavour to innovate continues to work on the development and introduction of several new cost effective (import substitution) products to meet the needs of Indian (and global) industry both in terms of quality and economics.
