Air socks: types of designs and primary elements We present to customers’ attention a line of fabric air ducts and equipment that comes along with it. The features of the designs and materials used to produce them make them good recommendations for facilities of the greatest variety of types, from laboratory and production types to recreation and entertainment.

Before ordering an air duct system, one should first become acquainted with certain features that this equipment has. First and foremost, pay attention to what type of air duct device your need to have for your conditions. For instance, to transfer air without losing heat outside or via unheated facilities, an isolated one is required with a double wall, between the walls of which insulant will be placed.

No condensate is formed in the double air ducts. This is thanks to the one percent of air flow that passes through the interlayer space.

The ability to operate in two summer/winter modes, when the position of the membrane compels the air flow to exit only via the upper or lower openings, negates the necessity for us to have to use two air ducts in our climate. If only vertical use is presumed, then all that is necessary is the “Light” air distributor.

A lot also depends on the section type. With low ceilings, it's best to choose combined semicircular section air ducts that handle the distribution of a large volume of air. Exhaust ducts with an external aluminum frame are produced with a rectangular or triangular section. An even intake of air flows is achieved along the entire surface thanks to various perforation and regulation of the frame tension. In general, air socks produce the supply of air by way of:

  • fabric permeability;
  • microperforations d - 0.2-0.4 mm;
  • perforations d - 4 mm or more;
  • small tube jets;
  • large tube jets;
  • outflow adapter;
  • open abut.

Designed purposes of certain elements and functions of air ducts:

  1. Energy-saving accessory reduces the thaw out time.
  2. The tube jets increase the distance range of the air flow and provide for the precise direction it is supplied in. 20, 30, and 40 mm diameter tube jets are available for purchase. The latter provide an air flow over a distance of over 20 m.
  3. Sections with a regulated length allow for the air duct’s length to be adapted during installation.
  4. The ability to regulate the turning angle, which ensures the maximum laminarity for the turning air flow.
  5. Regulated perforation allows for the force and direction in which the air is traveling in to be changed immediately during the system's operation.
  6. The adjustable adapter simplifies the system's installation in extensive lines.
  7. The air flow stabilizer reduces fabric vibration after the ventilator.
  8. The textile pockets send an air flow in a set direction, which exits from perforated holes.
  9. The internal throttling damper is responsible for evening out static pressure. It’s regulated by a sewn-in clamp that provides a basis to prevent all losses in pressure in an open state while it does the opposite in a clamped state, increasing them as much as possible.

The variety of designs provides a basis to easily select the diffuser model one needs, which will ensure optimal air flow in a set direction. Pay attention to the models:

  • SquAireTex: comes with flat diffusers that have directing pockets for distributing air flow into the necessary direction;
  • SquAireTex swirl: has design pockets that turn the supplied air into a vortex flow;
  • SquAireTex flow: provides for air flow distribution in various directions;
  • SquAireTex perfo: thanks to microperforation, air flows are equally distributed throughout the entire diffuser.

In addition to sales, the company's own metrological laboratory helps to improve the quality of instrumentation devices and relieves customers of problems with calibration and subsequent maintenance of devices.
A separate direction is the production and installation of its own air support structures, the sale of TexAir textile air ducts. Modern technologies make it possible to achieve solutions to difficult tasks with significant energy savings.
The Cybroflat smart home system and video intercoms as part of the smart home program are particularly relevant today with a constant increase in the cost of energy and maintenance. The Cybroflat smart home system developed by our specialists is designed not only to create comfortable living conditions, but also to minimize energy consumption, to recoup every ruble invested in the system.
