The KE-Inject® system is manufactured based on circular (Ø) or semicircular air ducts (½D) out of air impermeable fabric with groups of small holes in the surface of the air duct.
From the perspective of ventilation technology, the KE-Injet system can be viewed as an active, high-impulse system for mixing air in a facility.
The KE-inject system is not similar to the KE-Low Impulse® system and can be used for cooling, ventilation, and heating. The reason is that, unlike the low-impulse systems, the high-impulse KE-Injet systems depend to a lesser degree on external influences, such as convection heat flows in the facility. Air falls into the facility with a greater initial speed and energy supply, which allows it to be mixed with the air located in the facility.
KE-Fibertec offers three types of KE inject systems with a patented system of air distributed through holes or nozzles along an air duct axis:
- - KE-Inject Low Velocity: air sprayed at a low speed;
- - KE-Inject Medium Velocity: a medium-speed injection system;
- - KE-Inject JET : streams sprayed at a high speed.
KE-Injet Low-Velocity: sprays air into facilities via holes located a significant distance away from each other.
KE-Inject Medium Velocity: injection system supplying air through small-diameter holes located close to each other.
KE-Inject JET: supplies air into a facility via large holes at a high speed, which achieves a great deal of air flow mixing in a facility.
